Taco Temple opened in 1997 in a small space on the Cayucos waterfront—the menu of Cajun-seasoned fish with fresh greens served on a tortilla and Caribbean black beans gave birth to “California Fusion”. Our non-traditional take on Mexican food is always creative and always fresh. 

Taco Temple quickly out-grew its Cayucos location and moved into Morro Bay. We opened our second location in San Luis Obispo in the spring of 2019.
