Meet Chef Peter

Chef Peter was born in Redondo Beach, CA., in 1963. He grew up in the greater Los Angeles area and is a fourth generation Californian. His grandfather was a prominent hotelier in L.A. and he grew up with good fortune of enjoying excellent food and gracious dining experiences. He went on to study California history at Cal Poly and San Francisco State. He has also worked as a tour guide at Hearst’s Castle. He has worked in the food service industry for 36 years. All of his experience has been on the west coast; Seattle, San Francisco and the central coast. Peter has lived in the area for 21 years and his local accolades include being the sous chef at Big Sky Cafe, SLO, Chef at Giuseppe’s Pismo Beach and Chef at The Dutchman in Morro Bay.
